St Louis Style Pizza

I've watched Cook's Complicated, er, Illustrated make St Louis style pizza, and also Lidia Bastinianich. They were both effusive about the ease and deliciousness of this pizza. It takes, in total, start to finish, 20 minutes. Start being measuring out the flour and finish meaning eating. They both raved about the crispy cracker like crust. Me, I'm not so sure.

Ashish made this. It did indeed take 20 minutes. But I missed the yeast. Nonetheless, there is no such thing as bad pizza and it wasn't bad. It could have used a freaking hell of a lot more cheese as far as I was concerned. But it looked pretty, if nothing else.
